How Can You Optimize The Care You Give Your Clients?

Optimal treatment is possible when you engage with client-oriented outcome evaluation. This evaluation includes measuring health:

  • Pre-Treatment gives you the power to tailor treatment to best suit client needs.
  • Throughout Treatment fosters feedback informed treatment.
  • After Treatment helps you to understand the impact of your work

Engaging with our evaluation services helps validate your work, understand your areas of strengths and opportunities and provides accountability to your clients, client’s family, staff, stakeholders, and funders. In this competitive market, evaluation will differentiate you as a quality program.

OutcomeTools offers consultation to help programs develop a framework for evaluation. We work collaboratively with your team to design an evaluation program that is customized for your population and your reporting needs. This process builds a platform for continuous quality improvement and ultimately confidence in providing optimal outcomes for your clients..

Data and Survey Auditing

Data Auditing

So many programs have data but aren’t using it to benefit clients and client families. Rarely is data used to communicate clear treatment expectations to prospective clients. Even more rare is translating data into action that can impact your bottom line. We focus on auditing your data to find and use these missed opportunities, enhancing client care and your program success.

Survey Auditing

Very often, companies have adopted surveys that may not be aligned with the program. We  specialize in selecting the most appropriate surveys to evaluate treatment outcomes. Understanding that each organization has unique needs, we collaborate with you to identify the best tools for assessing treatment efficacy.
